She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Madewell; her sons, Kevin Madewell (Vicki) and Kelly Madewell (Christa); her stepson Scott Madewell; her grandchildren, Scarlett, Kaleb, Kenneth and Maddison; her great grandchild Jaxson; and her siblings, Bruce, Melody, Ruth, John, Tim, Bob, Dewey, Jean, Katherine, Debbie and Carl. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
