She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hollandsworth and Helen Hollandsworth; her son Greg Buchanan; and her sister Shirley Weinert. She is survived by: her sons, Doug Buchanan (Karen) of Dayton and Scott Buchanan (Katrina) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Greg, Grace, Dillon and Connor; her brother-in-law Kenneth Weinert; her niece Michelle O'Neal (Mike); and her nephew Michael Weinert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation Memory Care Fund 2655 W. National Road Springfield, Ohio 45504.
