He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Salley and Dewey Salley; his wife Polly S. Salley; his son Jeffrey S. Salley; and his siblings, Georgia Johnston and Bob Salley.
He is survived by: his son Dennis "Red"; his daughter-in-law Julie Salley; his granddaughters, Danielle Kern, Amy Salley and Ashley Salley; and his great grandchildren, Jozy, Mia, Maximus, Morgan Kern, Carter and Camryn Danner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
