He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Dan Carmack (Trelena), Tim Carmack (Susanne), Kathy Miller (Terry) and Randy Carmack (Beckey); his grandchildren, Holly Helm (Mike), Robert Carmack (Jennifer), Brandon Carmack (Leslie), Eric Carmack, Meagan Miller (Ben Pointer), Melissa Carmack (Todd Wogoman), Brianna Carmack, Amelia Carmack, Sara Eisele, Jezdan Eisele, Rylea Zartman (Jake) and Ricky Conn; his sister Juanita Rose (Lonnie); and his friends, Bill and Theresa Hamblin. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
