It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Smallwood (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Bill may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bill touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Smallwood and Jacklun Smallwood; his brother Norman Smallwood; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Stiles. He is survived by: his girlfriend Paula Bare; his siblings, Lena Stiles and Everett Smallwood (Tammy); and his stepdaughters, Sara Moore (Ryan) and Amanda Stevens (Chris). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and four great grandchildren, three nieces, two nephews and many great nieces, nephews.
