She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pugh and Nina Pugh; and her son Jasper. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Farrell (Mike) and Andy Williams; her grandchildren, Lincoln, Shawn, Clarissa (Dustin), Drew (Lexi), Mackenzie, Michael, Collin, Kayla, Makaila, Riley, Harper and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Tasha, Bella, Aailyah, Bentley and Tyson; her brother Tom Pugh (Marie); and her former husband Darrell Williams. She is also survived by extended family, friends and her church family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Billie's memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton or to First Church of the Open Bible.
