He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mays and Dorothy Mays; and his son Jesse R. Mays. He is survived by: his children, Brian H. Mays and Holly R. Mays; his grandchildren, Lindsey Mangeot and Matthew Mangeot; his friend Chris Pannell (Tammie Morgan); and his siblings, Junior, Margaret and Timmy.
