He is survived by: his girlfriend Terri Hungate; his sons, Anthony and Jonathan Teague; his siblings, Kyle Teague and Jona Hymer (Danny); his grandson Cain Teague; his niece Lisa Hymer; and his nephews, Matthew Teague and Adam Hymer. He is also survived by several great nieces & nephews, other relatives & many friends.
