She was predeceased by: her husband William Brandon, Jr.; her parents, Emmet Hall and Maggie Hall; her daughter Jennifer Clark; and her siblings, Imogene Gibson (Ernest "Preacher"), Gwendolyn Combs (Herman), Keith Hall, Joyce Pratt, Wanda Anthony (Bill), Eugene Hall (Laverne) and Sherry Hall.
She is survived by: her daughter Felicia Tacket (Billy); her son-in-law Jimmy Jones; her grandchildren, Heath Tackett, Crystal Tackett (Mike Swigert), Brandi Stratton (Steven) and Cheri Whitmore (Nathan Sheley); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Ciera, Madison, Amaura, Jordan and Austin; her great great grandchild Aliyah; and her sisters, Barb Handshoe (Garry), Peggy Costa and Meta Hummel. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at the Dayton Memorial Park (8135 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
