Carol Hartman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Hartman (Dayton, Ohio), born in La Follette, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Cusick and Bessie Cusick; her son-in-law Lyle Funk; and her siblings, Eva Horne, Robert Cusick, Louise Asbury and Clyde Cusick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Berger (Tim) and Rebecca Funk; her grandchildren, Christina Mooney, Melissa Briggs, Amy Sommers and Ashley Smith; her great grandchildren, Conner, Allison, Eli, Libby, Abigail, Kate, Jonathan and Jake; and her brother Larry Cusick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
