He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Hubbard and Susanna Hubbard (Phillips); and his brother Andy (Hubbard). He is survived by: his son Cecil; his wife Lynne Hubbard (Rodencal); his children, Derek Hubbard (Sarah) and Kara Hubbard (David Hausfeld); his grandchildren, Addison and Reese Hubbard; his siblings, Jean Russell, Hester Blanton (late Bill), Norma Peters (Jim) and Tony Hubbard; and his sister-in-law Erika. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; several special cousins; and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Dayton, OH 45459). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In place of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
