He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Daisy Belcher (Brown); his stepmother Geneva Belcher (Halsey); and his siblings, Helen Lambert, Joe Belcher and Lois Belcher.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn F. Belcher (Wilson); his children, Beverly Carr (Greg) and Chuck Belcher; his grandchildren, Michael Carr (Amanda) and Libby Carr; his great grandchild Charlie Carr; and his siblings, Betty Viers, Patty Koeller and David Belcher (Jeneen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
