He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jacobs and Patience Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sister Betty Mattey; his children, Charlene Williams (Richard) of Sadieville, KY, Janet Brewer (Andy) of Knoxville, TN, Andrea White (John) of Kettering, OH, Leslie Wannemacher (Mark) of Chaing Rai, Thailand and Jonathan Jacobs (Kelley) of Kathleen, GA; Weston. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, their spouses.
