He was predeceased by: his mother Mary B. Rogers; and his sister Theresa Rogers. He is survived by: his sister Darlene Rogers; his stepmother Jan Rogers; his children, Carrie Riggs and Charles Guy Rogers Jr.; his grandchildren, Trent Rogers, Christopher Arron Rogers, Rylee Riggs, Braelyn Riggs and Jaden Riggs; and his close friend Ann Weaver.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
