He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wentzel; his daughters, Hannah, Charlie and Claire Wentzel; his parents, Philip Jr. Wentzel and Virginia Wentzel; his siblings, Steven, Benjamin Wentzel and Stacy Barnhouse (Jason); his friends, Mike, Larry, Brian, Tony, Kevin, Sarah and Brittney; and his pets, Cane, Tori and Sandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Eric's name to the following funds.
