It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Smith (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Claunch and Lura Claunch; her husband Dr. William O. Smith; her siblings, Sidney Jr. Claunch, Marion Claunch and Earline Grice; and her son-in-law Mark Young.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Young, Alan Smith and Doug Smith (Lori); her grandchildren, Natalie Smith, Brandon Smith, Chandler Smith (Kim) and Nicole McDaniel (Calvin); and her great grandchildren, Calli and Josie Smith.
