He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Howard; and his grandparents, Robert, Ethelyn McGhee, Waver Howard Sr. and Mildred Howard.
He is survived by: his father Cecil "Pete" Howard; his siblings, Cecile, Brandi Howard, Charles Howard Sr. (Jennifer) and Barry Howard (Whitley); his son Christopher Howard Jr.; his grandson Christopher Howard III; and his close friends, Curt "Buster" Adams and Charlene Roberts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
