Though Cindy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cindy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wells and Betty Hammer; her stepfather Jim Hammer; and her siblings, Pam Hammer, Jimmy Hammer, Jr. and Mike Hammer.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Elliott; her son Mark Brumley (Linda); her grandsons, Lucas Hickman (Mary) and Caleb Brumley; her sisters, Janice Meeker and Becky York (John); and her sisters-in-law, Phoebe Hedges (Doug) and Frieda Rohr. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
