He is survived by: his children, Rick Atkinson (Leigh) and Melody Steuer; his grandchildren, Col. Ryan Steuer (Michelle), Angela Singleton (Matt) of Rockholds, KY and Cody Atkinson; and his great grandchildren, Delaney, Wesley and Caylee.
