She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Jacks and Patricia Ann Jacks (Human); and her boyfriend Andre Francis. She is survived by: her brother Robert Jacks Jr.; her children, Scott Lairson (Tiffany), Bridgette Perkins (Spencer Wasem II), Cherokee Galvlo'i (Amanda) and Autumn Perkins; and her grandchildren, Damon Bartley, Austin Bailey, Spencer Wasem III, Kystal Wasem and Michael Wasem.
