Cynthia Hess Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Hess (Dayton, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her son Nick; and her parents, Richard Scherack and Beverly Scherack. She is survived by: her siblings, Deborah Freeze (Steve), Linda Duffy (Dave) and Thomas Scherack (Kathy); her children, Sarah Key and Anthony Hess (Beth); her grandchildren, Colbey Key, Margot and James Hess; and her pet Willow. She is also survived by her kids, grand kids.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
