He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Kelley (Schrodi); his grandson Samuel; his wife Karen; his siblings, Nancy and Carey; and his in-laws, Williard and Emma Nelson (Smith).
He is survived by: his father Frank Kelley; and his friend Kathy Berger.
In honor of Dale, the family asks that donations be made to Day City Hospice.
