He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Halley and Janice Halley (Leeka). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Lori Halley and Leslie Tipton (Jason); his grandchildren, Xander and Kanon Tipton; and his sister Debbie Dunson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
