As Daniel departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Daniel leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred T. Maury and Clarine Maury (Unterburger). He is survived by: his former wife Stephanie Violette; his son Nicholas Maury; his brother Fred M. Maury (Leanne); and his sibling's children, Cody, Heather, Rachel and Sarah.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home (3970 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432).
