He is survived by: his sons, James T. Shepard (Rachael) and Scott M. Shepard (Jahn); his girlfriend Christina Gauthier; his grandchildren, Emma J. Shepard, Elliot J. Shepard and Ellis J. Shepard; and his stepsister Charlotte Stamas.
