He is survived by: his wife Carol Marie Anderson; and his children, Toni Nartker, Alice Estle (Mike), Teri Leiffer (Dino), Tanya Anderson (Eric), Bonnie Holliman (Carson), David E. Anderson, Brian Anderson (Tracy) and Dwain Anderson (Markia). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Shiloh Park Cemetery (5300 Philadelphia Dr, Dayton, OH 45415). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Covenant Baptist Church (3424 Old Salem Rd, Dayton, OH 45415).
