He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bush and Pearl Bush; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Ward and William McManus. He is survived by: his nephew Bruce Foust; his wife Carolyn S. Bush; his daughter Amanda of Herndon, Virginia; his son-in-law Nick; his sister-in-law Charlotte Crabtree of Portmouth, Ohio; his stepchildren, Donald, Leila Rollins, Michelle Carrico, Todd and Chris Brandes; his grandchildren, Julianna, Liam, Chevelle, Donald Rollins Jr., Manny, Nick, Alex and Brandon; his sister Ginger Gilbert of Cumberland, Virginia; his son-in-law Thomas Gilbert; and his siblings, Juelda McManus and Jeffrey N. Bush of Dayton, Ohio. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
