He was predeceased by: his brother Michael K. "Mike" Murphy; and his pet Sadie. He is survived by: his daughters, Tish Burkitt (Nick) of Wilmington and Tami George (Jeremy) of Kettering; his grandchildren, Corey Mackey, Britny Fairchild (Nick), Courtney Heinrich (Ty), Madison Salyers, Kayden George and Jarrett Burkitt; and his great grandchildren, Dalton Green, Tanner Mackey, Olivia Fairchild, Jase Heinrich and Parker Heinrich.
