He is survived by: his children, Todd Neer and Kristin Galack; his grandchildren, Justin Galack and Alexa Whitehead (Christopher); his brother Donnie Neer; and his nephew Jim Neer.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429).
