Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Walter Penfield and Christina Penfield (Pence). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Penfield (Manuel); his son Jon (Amanda); his granddaughter Ivy; his daughter Janna; his brother Donald Penfield; and his cousin Janeen Wallace. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
