He is survived by: his wife Kathy Penfield (Manuel); his son Jon (Amanda); his granddaughter Ivy; his daughter Janna; his brother Donald Penfield; and his cousin Janeen Wallace. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
