He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Poliquin and Mary Poliquin; and his sister Dorothy Csonka (Nicholas). He is survived by: his wife Ann Poliquin; his children, Bethany Scolastico (Nate) and Christian Poliquin (Teresa); his grandchildren, Tyler Jachimski and Erin Jachimski; and his niece Carole LeVasseur (Brian). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
