He is survived by: his children, David Pohlkotte (Lindsay), Christy Thompson (Gary), Alison Smith (Jared) and Ryan; his wife Jenny; his siblings, Lynn, Ellen Phipps (late David) and Sue Thompson (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Kayden, Danielle, Cambria, Noah, Briella and Baby Smith.
