We are sad to announce that, on October 26, 2023, at the age of 71, Deborah L. Smith (Dayton, Ohio), born in Eaton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Watts and Louise Watts; and her brothers, Steve Watts and Bill Watts. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Cindy Ohl (Phil), Katy Charnas (Kristina) and Cody Smith; and her brother Rick Watts. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
