She was predeceased by: her parents, John Amburgy and Rita Amburgy; and her sister Donna Warren. She is survived by: her husband Melvin; her son Justin Curry; her brother-in-law Gary Warren; and her nieces, Kari Cales and Leslie Wetzel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Deb's honor.
