Debra E. Lawson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra E. Lawson of Dayton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawson and Lois Lawson; her husband Paul G. Schaefer; her son Paul G. Schaefer Jr.; her aunts, Frances Hooker, Gertie Gibson, Grace Klein and Annabelle Pigg; her uncle Harold Smailes; and her sister-in-law Susan Wilson.
She is survived by: her brother Mike Smith; her cousins, Wayne Emerson, Mark Klien, Brad Pigg, Ruthanne Pigg, Robyn Weeks and Beth Gibson; her children, Trish Falcone (Steve), David Schaefer (Kimberly) and Lisa Davis (Aaron); her grandchildren, Tim Barker, Lyndsey Knipper (Jake), Courtney Schaefer, Chris Schaefer, Nick Schaefer, Justin Schaefer, Jayden Schulke, Joshua Schulke (Ashley), Lacey Schulke, Sydney Davis, Kensey Davis, Paul G. Schaefer III, Gabe Schaefer and Rowan Schaefer; and her sisters-in-law, Hildegard Daulton and Sylvia Ellert. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
