She is survived by : her children, Adria Maddox (Dierre) of Akron, Ohio, John Brooks, Jr. (Joei) of Dayton, Ohio, Stephen Mundy of Dayton, Ohio and DuJuan Brooks of Dayton, Ohio; her siblings, Patricia Wiley, Debbie Robinson (Jackie) and Dwayne Mundy of Dayton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Mundy, Darryl, Ambria Clay, Brittany Brooks, John III, Ken'yon, Jo-Juan, Raelynn, Joe Brooks, Tyler Trosper, Latoya Durham, Stephen Jr. and James Mundy; her great grandchildren, Alayah, Antonio, Brooke Clay, Aariyah Clay-Ely, Aaliyah Whitfield, Brianna, Brayden Kelly, Aleya Durham and Aria Mundy; her nieces and nephews, Timothy Mundy II, Barry Johnson, Karen Cabral, Shawn Wiley (Tandra), Nichole Wiley-Marks, Kelly and Kacey Watts; and her close friends, Sandra Smith, Vickie Robinson, Betty Anne Goines, Earl Wallace and Ray Cunningham (Butch).
