While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He is survived by: his wife Jeri; his children, Renee, Joe and Michelle; his sister Janice of Washington; and his close friend DJ. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
