He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Smith; his daughter Carol Greene (Scott); his grandchildren, Rindy Price, Lucas Price, Tammy Lynn Smith and Jason Smith; and his siblings, Bill Smith, Henry Smith, Janice York and Jackie Davis. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends.
