She is survived by: her children, Paul David Everly of San José, CA, Mark Alan Everly (Ann), Diane Kay Everly Jensen (Dennis B. Jensen) of Grand Rapids, MI and Dr. Mary Everly Bane (Charles L. Bane) of Oakwood, OH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
