She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pundt and Nellie Pundt; and her brothers, Forest Pundt and Harold Pundt. She is survived by: her husband John E Herzog; her children, Kevin Herzog (Sharon) of Wilmington, OH and Kimberly Beckett of West Carrollton, OH.; and her grandchildren, Emma Herzog, Robert Beckett (Concetta) and Alex Beckett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either Hillside Chapel or Ohio Valley Hospice in Donna's memory.
