It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lea Lewis of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Fisher and Hallie Fisher; her husband Lester Lewis; and her stepfather William Amos. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Stichtenoth (Richard) and Bryan Lewis; her granddaughters, Lisa Stanton (Shane) and Jessica Stichtenoth; her great grandchild Chelsea Murray; and her sister Norma Maus.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
