She is survived by: her children, Keshena Cooke and Vallen Pool (Andrea Moalli); her granddaughters, Lexis and Avery; her sister Kathy Golden; and her caregiver Penny Nelson. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, numerous other family members and friends.
