She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Collinsworth and Irene Fugate Collinsworth; her husband Charles Vance, Sr.; her son Keith Vance (Vickie); and her brother Billy Collinsworth (Fern).
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Jr. Vance (Sonja) of Sardina, OH, Scotty Lee Vance (Carolyn) of Eaton, OH and Danny Ray Vance of Dayton, OH; and her brother Russell Collinsworth (Billie Jean) of West Liberty, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (329 Glenn Ave, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
