She is survived by : her son Robert (Ann); her daughter-in-law Vickie; her grandchildren, Andrea, Matt (Tiffany), Zach (Mirian), Madeline (Tommy), Alex, Max (Meghan), Emma (Jack) and Hollis; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Shane, Cora, Grace, Mikey, Cameron, Scotty and Chloe; and her husband Marvin Smith.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (33 W Dixon Ave, Dayton, OH 45419). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
