She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton Cullum and Frieda Cullum (Wegner); her husband Robert Foreman; and her siblings, Marjorie and Wayne.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Foreman (Carrie), Pamela Hakala (Paul), Craig Foreman (Victoria) and Brett Foreman (Christine). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45420 in Doris' memory.
