He is survived by: his children, Douglas Holt, Jr. of Tampa, FL and Terri Turner (Jason) of Dayton, OH; his brothers, Terry Holt of Dayton, OH and John Holt of Beavercreek, OH.; and his nieces and nephews, Christian, Jeremy, Ruthy, Roseanne, Azaria, Jonathan, Jr., Curtis, Lee and Crystal.
