He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Thomas (Reichert). He is survived by: his children, Karen Thomas of Dayton, Mary Kay Thomas of Dayton, Donna Fowler of Dayton, Julie Pulaski (Michael) of Fairborn, Ken of Dayton, Anthony of Dayton and Steven of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Kathleen Weber (Jeremy), Laura Adams (Jeremy), Anthony Thomas (Jessica), Sarah Fowler (Michael), Tracy Draime (Scott), Ben and Nick Thomas. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to either Cystic Fibrosis or Compassus Hospice, in Ed's memory.
