He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. Thomas, Sr. and Francis I. Thomas; his sister Jane C. Thomas; his daughter Susie Glynn (John); and his son-in-law Daniel Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela G. Thomas; his children, Jennifer Wagner Lund (Tres), Molly Thomas and Edward "Robby" Robert Thomas III; his grandchildren, Madeline Grochowski (Zach), Zach Wagner Lund, Sam Wagner Lund, Ellie Wagner Lund, Edward "Eddie" Robert Thomas IV, Coraline "Coco" Thomas, Gracie Sherk, Thomas Sherk, Maggie Glynn, Garrett Knipp, Catherine Knipp, Sophie Hunter and Michael Hunter; and his great grandchild Daniel Lund Grochowski.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home - Kettering (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lions Eye Bank of West Central Ohio, Prevent Blindness Ohio, or the Sigma Chi Foundation, all causes close to his heart.
