He is survived by: his wife Toy; his siblings, Raymond Cruickshank, Robert Cruickshank (Betty), Bonnie Cruickshank and Laura Cruickshank; his children, Rusty and Angela Cruickshank; and his stepchildren, Lisa Thomas (Brian), Julia Thomas (Jimmy), Christy Sutton and Andrew Thomas (Scott). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
