Owens (Dayton, Ohio), born in Salina, Kansas, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Schneider and Elsie Schneider; her husband Robert Raymond Owens; and her son Charles "Chucky" Scott Owens. She is survived by: her children, Robbie Owens (Lisa), Michelle Bauer (Tom) and Julia Randolph (Michael); her grandchildren, Katie Blunk (Wayne), Meghan Elaine Owens, Rex Allen Delawder, Tyler Owen Martin (Chloe), Justin Randolph (Anna), Christopher Randolph, Jeremy Randolph (Anna), Jenna Regan (Ryley) and Lauren Randolph; and her great grandchildren, Addison Randolph, Kyler Randolph, Emery Randolph, Chloe Blunk, Emily Blunk and Alayna Blunk.
